Death Note Theory: Has L ever seen Rem before

Death Note Theory: Has L ever seen Rem             before

If you recall,L has already freaked out over the fact he heard the word ''Shinigami''. Well,I am going deeper into this. Later on the series,L finally see Rem for the first time. Or is he?
I've re-watched the scene over and over and I have noticed something very odd about L's reaction. It seems to me that L may have seen already Rem before. But how can this be? Well, the answer lies through L's childhood. You see,L is confirmed to be an orphan during his youth. But was this always been the case? How did he end up found by Watari alone? Did something happened to him or perhaps his parents? Did he escaped from someone,or perhaps from something? In a previous theory,I stated that a Shinigami may have came to the Human World to better view the human life. The Shinigami was seen by a young little kid,L. Now earlier,I said that L has a odd reaction upon seeing Rem. Maybe Rem was actually that Shinigami L saw when he was a kid. But that does not really answers to why he reacted. If I recall the other theory,L was curious of Rem,as a kid, like any kid would. Rem tried to give him a Death Note but the police force has arrived and begins to shoot at the Shinigami. I did say that this has caused Rem to flee, but I don't think it might been what happened. L's parents could have been scientists. When they captured Rem,his parents must have done experiments on Rem,causing L to get traumatized. Thus, why Rem despises humans, thinking they are disgusting. Furious,Rem went into an outrage, hurting L in the process. While his parents tries to apprehend Rem,L ran away on his own, scared from what he has seen.
Years later,L somehow remembers that very day. He wanted to prove to everyone that the Shinigami are indeed real, but no one believed him, claiming he made this up. However,L has not give up. He remembers Rem. He wants to find her. This is why he reacted directly when he saw her. He could'nt believe he finally found her after all the years. That one Shinigami who wanted to befriend him. That one Shinigami who wanted to protect him. That one Shinigami whom felt betrayed by humans. That one Shinigami whose been experimented on. Unfortunately,L never got the chance to tell her that he's been trying to find her for years,to say thank you,for everything she has done for him. Sadly,he died from his one and only friend,Rem,by a heart attack, name written in the Death Note.

Liege Maximo's Appearance In Robots In disguise

**What i'm going to talk about is Liege Maximo's appearance in Robots in disguise. You're going to understand what I mean by ''appearance''. **

Who is Liege Maximo?
Liege Maximo was one of the Thirteen created by Primus to fight against Unicron and was a master manipulator whose artifact was the Liegian Darts. Maximo was one of the strategists of the Thirteen alongside Alpha Trion,Quintus and Micronus. After the defeat of Unicron,Maximo focused on the mining, storage and refining of Energon but grew resentful of Prima and his allies' interference. Regardless,Maximo acted as an emissary for the different factions within the Thirteen, making use of his natural beguiling charm.
He was ultimately the one who led to the group of fracturing by revealing to the rest that Prima had plotted which of the Primes were the most like Unicron. It was also around this time that it was revealed that he had been experimenting with creating new robotic beasts when he requested a powerful armor suit to deal with them. Prima ordered him to shut down his farm and it was further revealed by Alpha Trion that Maximo had been pitting the beasts against each other.
Whether Maximo had the right to experiment with the beasts was a source of conflict between the Thirteen and was later resolved by a vote which decided that he did not have the right to do so. However,he convinced Megatronus to try and retrieve the armor from Solus. An action that inadvertently let to Solus' demise and the creation of the well of all sparks.

His ''death''?
Liege Maximo was presumed to be dead as Megatron and Dreadwing visited his tomb and took Maximo's arm so that he could use the Forge of Solus Prime. But.. Was he really dead? According to Robots in disguise,he's alive.

Robots in disguise timeline
Liege Maximo persisted within the Realm of the Primes with several other Thirteen. Possessing a cap, horns, sharp darts holstered at his waist and a cracking voice,he saw the training of Optimus Prime to ready him for battle against Megatronus as an opportunity to cause mischief. He began by increasing the deadliness of the holographic Decepticons that Micronus has created, giving them dangerous buzzsaws. Next,he projected an image of Optimus on Bumblebee's computer on Earth, laughingly teasing that the Autobots would soon be attacked by him. Later,Liege Maximo's image of Optimus appeared again while the Autobots were battling the escaped Decepticon Stinkbomb and the fake Optimus called Bumblebee a fool and the Autobots stupid and that he was going to join the Decepticons. This severely traumatized Bumblebee, which caused Liege Maximo to laugh a lot to himself because he's kind of a tool.
Luckily,Micronus defeated Maximo. All of this was revealed in the book The trial of Optimus Prime.

His resemblance to a Marvel character
Liege Maximo's design resembles a Marvel character known as Loki. That is because both characters have things in common. Both of them has horns on their head and they are both known for one thing: Mischief.

Has L Ever Seen A Shinigami Before In His Youth?

**Before I start this, yes I am very well aware that in the anime,L is shocked to know the Shinigami exist and he has seen Rem for the first time later on. But keep in mind that a theory is a theory and not an official source of information. Everything said in the theory is through my own perspective.**

Have you ever feel strange that L somehow knows what a Shinigami is? Even before meeting Rem,he thinks they are real. Upon hearing that word,he seemed freaked out over the fact they do exist. But what if he freaked out because he was right to begin with? Did he ever experience something in his youth that involved a Shinigami? That's what I am looking through in the theory.

The Shinigami may have been in the Human World before

Yes,i'm ignoring the fact that Ryuk was the first Shinigami to come to the Human World prior to the series. But what if Ryuk was'nt the first Shinigami to do so? Maybe a Shinigami went to the Human World a long time ago for possibly better view the human life. The Shinigami may have been seen by a certain little human,L. He approaches the little human without any conscience. Of course, like any kid would react,L is very curious of this mysterious being. As the Shinigami begins to give a Death Note to L,the police force arrives at the scene and shoot at the Shinigami, causing him to flee. Years later,L somehow remember this very day. He wanted to prove that they are indeed real, but no one ever believed in his story, claiming he made this up.

Beyond Birthday and the secret behind his eyes

In a previous theory,I suggested that Beyond Birthday may have been L's twin brother. Since Beyond Birthday has been confirmed to be born with Shinigami eyes,L may have probably knew about this. But so does Mello, but why? L must have told him about it. Is there a reason why L is destined to solve the Lost Angeles BB Murder Case? Yes,it could have been a reason. L is known to be a very smart detective. Researches may have helped him at the time. He probably searched up information about the Shinigami and the eyes. Maybe what he has found further confirmed his thoughts about Beyond Birthday.

The surveillance cameras

If you recall in the series,L has set up 64 cameras into the Yagami's house in hope of catching Kira. What if he did catch something on camera that seemed suspicious to him? Is it possible he may have seen Ryuk to begin with without telling anyone? It could be. L has a thing for not telling anyone about certain information he knows, and it makes sense. Maybe the presence of the apple floating in the air and disappearing gave him a hint on noticing Ryuk.

Light talks to himself or not?

Think about it. L notices Light possibly talks to himself some time to time. But what if L finds it suspicious he do so? Surely he don't think it's normal. He knows Light is talking to someone, even if he don't see it. He knows something is up.

Catching Rem

After touching the Death Note and finally sees Rem,L could'nt believe his eyes. Yes,the Shinigami are real and he was right. He meets up with Rem so she could tell him how the Death Note works. What he doesn't know,is that someone is willing to kill him.. Or does he? After Watari's death,L was willing to try and capture Rem. Why does he thinks of capturing her after the death of Watari? Because he knows Rem is responsible of killing him. He knows she used the Death Note. He wanted to capture Rem so she would'nt kill anyone else. This is why he told everyone to look for her as soon as they can. However,it was too late. Rem kills L before he could capture her.

The Reason Why Rem Couldn't Save Misa Without Sacrificing Herself

**This is to prove how much GreGuaR is wrong about his Rem video.**

Misa lost her memories:

Misa lost her memories, thus she lost her Shinigami eyes in the process at the time she was captured. This is why Misa didn't wrote L's name in the Death Note, nor why he didn't tell Light. As a matter of fact, she was captured anyway, like I stated. Keep in mind that she don't have her Death Note anymore at the time so she could'nt see Rem anymore because of memory loss. Therefore,Rem could'nt go and speak to Misa. And if she told Light, that would give suspicion to L that Light is Kira. And beside,L knew that Misa was Second Kira so Rem telling Misa L's real name would also be suspicious to him. Even if she made another deal to get the Shinigami eyes back,it would still be suspicious for L to know what is going on.

Light used/manipulated Rem:

The thing is,Light used Rem. Light knew if Rem don't do what he asks her to do,he would be fucked. Or rather, she will pay the price. It was Light's plan to get Misa in danger so Rem could kill L to protect Misa. But at the same time,Light did want to get rid of Rem as well because Rem was getting into his way. After learning that a Shinigami can die if the Shinigami writes the name of a person in the Death Note to protect another person,he knew he could use this at his advantage to get rid of Rem. This was Rem's actual true mistake: Telling a person on how to kill a Shinigami. She didn't want Misa to tell anyone about this fact. Yet,she told Light anyway. What a bad move, there. She could have prevent Misa from telling him but nope. Yes,Rem did figured out that Light was using her,but she figured this out way too late. She killed Watari first, then L,causing her to kill herself and to expand Misa's lifespan. This is what Light wanted straight up in the beginning. Again,he wanted to get rid of Rem. Rem doesn't appreciate humans. She wanted to keep her promise she has made to Gelus to protect Misa, and that's another reason why Rem was tricked into killing both Watari and L because again,Light put Misa in danger again by making her continue to write names in the Death Note after she regained her memories. Yet another advantage to him.

L could have seen Rem easily:

Rem could'nt save Misa by herself. The only thing she could do was to erase Misa's memories. If Rem did enter the headquarters and saved Misa herself just like that, that would put on suspicion to L too. L could have seen Rem since he did touched the Death Note at a certain point. He would knew that Rem is there and would capture her. L is not dumb. He knows what a Shinigami is,and knows they exist. If Rem gets noticed, that would prove him right.

The rule should never be broken no matter what:

As pretty much Rem wanted to be free from Light's manipulation, she could'nt. Keep in mind that a Shinigami can't tell a human the name of another human because it is against the rules and therefore would be punished. And even if you did know about that rule, that doesn't change the fact that Rem could'nt do anything nor say the person's name. It is how it is. Misa was destined to die by L after he locked her in jail with all those tortures anyway. Look at that: Ryuk has been with Light the whole time and have seen L. Does he tells L's real name to Light? Nope, because it is against the rule. Writing the name on a piece of paper would'nt be a bad idea, sure. But I don't think this would work too. As a matter of fact,Light and Misa has been under surveillance by L and the Japanese police task force. Any suspicious activity would give proof to L that both Light and Misa are Kira and Second Kira. There is also a time when L decided to keep track on Light 24/24 by handcuffing himself with Light.

Can Beyond Birthday Be A Shinigami?

**Ok,before I start this,I would have to remind you all that this is a theory, and that nothing has been official. I'm just trying to figure out what or who Beyond Birthday could be.**

First of all, what is a Shinigami

A Shinigami is known as a God of Death. In Death Note, they are a race of extra-dimensional beings who survive by killing humans to extend their own lives. Shinigami are not responsible for every death that occurs;people will eventually die regardless of whether or not the Shinigami pay attention to them, but a Shinigami can end their lives sooner than intended to extend their own lifespan. They each vary widely in appearance and their bodies are built in ways that would seem impossible by Earth standards.
Shinigami are also capable of flight and use wings as a mode of transportation, especially in the human world. When their wings are not in use, they retract. Each Shinigami have a unique personality and level of intelligence. It is assumed that all Shinigami can understand each others' languages. Some of them can also speak, read and write in Earthly languages.
Although Shinigami have jobs, they do not have a required amount of work to do and often gets bored. Their main job is to find humans they can take life from and write their name in their Death Note. Some Shinigami tend to forget to write names down or even tend to save someone life they care about by writing a name down, which is against the rule, which causes them to die.
Shinigami can be either male or female based on their appearance. They do not however reproduce nor having sexual relationships with humans. The only humans that can see a Shinigami are the ones who touches the Death Note.

Who is Beyond Birthday

Beyond Birthday is a mysterious character from the Death Note franchise. He is one of the orphans from the Wammy's House. It is believed to be one of L's successors after his death. However,he chose to live his life as a serial killer instead. He is long assumed to be an evil version of L. He is responsible of the Los Angeles BB Murders Cases. His true name has never been revealed.
What is interesting about Beyond Birthday,is that he was born with Shinigami eyes. What could be the reason for that? That is what I am figuring out at this point.

Beyond Birthday may have been a Shinigami at birth

Yes,this is indeed my theory. If Beyond Birthday has the eyes of a Shinigami, this could only mean he has them at birth. But how could this have happened? Shinigami can't reproduce nor have sexual relationships with humans, like I have said earlier on. It's possible he may have been a Shinigami all along. A Shinigami in the human world at such a young age? Or maybe it is something else.
Perhaps someone has transmitted the Shinigami eyes to him upon birth. His parents may had something to do with a Shinigami on Earth. Could it be possible that a Shinigami himself/herself has saved Beyond Birthday's death from birth by giving him those eyes? Yes,it could have been the case.
He may have lived thanks to a Shinigami for some reasons. But what about his parents? It is possible his mom died after his birth. Hearing the death of his mom,his dad possibly could'nt raise Beyond Birthday on his own,so he gave him to the Wammy's House so he could live a better life with the other orphan kids. By the rumors given by people with his connection with L,I assumed he is probably L's twin brother. This may have been the reason why he was one of the candidates to succeed L to begin with. There is one problem, though: L could have been afraid of him and this is for a simple reason. His Shinigami eyes took ahold of him throughout the years, making him a serial killer in the process.

Death Note

Light Yagami
