Pokemon Ash should catch in the future

This is the full list of pokemon that Ash should catch in the future in Pokemon Journeys.


1. Grookey
Grookey is the last Galar starter to ever appear in the anime. Ash didn't have a starter yet. Grookey is hinted in the ending theme alongside Ash's Lycanroc. It would make sense for Ash to get Grookey.

2. Toxel/Toxtricity
Apart from Galarian Farfetch'd,Ash is yet to capture a new pokemon from the brand new generation and Toxel is perfect for Ash. Ash training a Toxel and evolving it into a Toxtricity would be awesome.

3. Tyranitar
Everyone wants Ash to reunite with the Larvitar he travelled with. Well so do I. Imagine Ash found Tyranitar,only to be revealed to be that one Larvitar and then Ash catch it.

4. Toucannon
It would make sense for Ash to catch Toucannon since he didn't catch Pikipek in Sun and Moon. Ash has a strong bond with Toucannon,which helped him and Rowlet training throughout the Alola region. Maybe when they travel to Alola,Ash can reunite with Toucannon.

5. Helioptile
Ok first off,yes I know that Ash don't catch any electric type. But it's Pokemon Journeys we're talking about so anything can happen,right? Oh and beside,Ash literally almost catch Helioptile way back in the Black and White series before revealing it belonged to Alexa. If Alexa comes back,maybe she wants to entrust Helioptile to Ash.

6. Eiscue
Yes,another gen 8 pokemon for Ash I want him to catch. If Ash don't get Toxel,then Eiscue would fit the spot.

7. Yanma
Ash likes speed pokemon. Yanma would be a good choice for that.

8. Numel
Yes,you hear that right. I wanted Ash to have a Numel for years. If his happens in Pokemon Journeys,that dream would come true. Camerupt would totally help Ash wins throughout the World Championship.

9. Chingling
It just feels like a pokemon for Ash. Yeah,really. If you look at Chingling,don't you have the impression it fit Ash? Because I do and I hope Ash catch one in the future.

10. Axew
Ok yes,Iris has an Axew already. But listen. If Ash finds a wild Axew,he could catch one. Lots of people wants Ash to have an Haxorus. This is why I have put Axew in the list.

11. Galarian Meowth
Yes,he has Galarian Farfetch'd already. But if he have to get another Galarian form,it has to be Galarian Meowth. Ash with Perrseker would be perfect.

11. Litleo
I mean,come on. Ash didn't had the chance to catch Litleo during the XYZ series,while this pokemon completely fits him. If Ash comes back for Litleo,who knows if he ends up catching it this time around.

12. Meowstic
Ash with a Meowstic. Why not? That would be interesting.

13. Mudsdale
How many people wanted Ash to have a Mudsdale during Sun and Moon? Imagine Ash using a Mudsdale when he battles Leon.

Bonus addition: Applin
I might as well add Applin to the list because this feels like Goomy. What if Ash finds an Applin and catch it,like the way he did with Goomy? And then train it and evolve it into an Appletun?
