Because Andy is a complete idiot,I had to explain this.. So basically,he wanted Megatronus in Transformers Cyberverse so bad and he doesn't realize on how much of an idiot he is.
Megatronus is actually a Scraplet. There are proof that he is in fact one. First off,Optimus already confirmed that Starscream abused the power of the Allspark (and of course using Vector Sigma as well) to create mindless and brainless creatures. Well,those ''creatures'' he's referring to are the Primes themselves. So Starscream wanted to bring back the Primes but this has backfired a little because the Allspark and Vector Sigma has caused them to turn into Scraplets. However,it was Starscream's plan to bring them to life with those Scraplet bodies. But they're mindless and brainless,like Optimus said. Pay attention here because not only does Starscream calls them his children,he calls them with the names of the Primes. One is Zeta Prime,one is Solus Prime and then,there is Megatronus. Starscream confirmed it himself. Even the TfWiki has confirmation of this. If you guys have watched the episode ''Parley'' from Season 2,then that's the answer to this Megatronus being secretly in the show and like I said,as a Scraplet. But that stupid idiot Andy doesn't believe this.. Andy,if you're seeing the video,do not try to deny the confirmation because otherwise,you're gonna be the world's stupidest person on Youtube ever. Like seriously,I have all the evidence of Megatronus being a Scraplet.
