Why are there no Scraplets in Transformers Robots in disguise?

Ok this is something I have asked myself. Why are there no Scraplets in the show? And if the people who worked in the show says that it's because it's a kids show,then it's not a excuse. I mean,Rescue Bots Academy has Scraplets and yet it's a show for toddlers. Why not Robots in disguise too? Are they scared that parents calls them for a stupid reason? Are they scared that kids would be traumatized by them? Is it because they eat metals and transformers alive? Why would that be a problem? Underbite eats metal and thinks it's fine. So what is the reason? 
In my opinion,they didn't want to waste their time. They rather save them for Cyberverse because of a bigger plot around them. It's a the same time,a wasted opportunity because they would be great to introduce in Robots in disguise as a cool thread to the Autobots. Plus,they have a really cute appearance. A good lesson would have been to never judge someone of small sizes. Yeah it's a good life lesson.
