MHA: A Perspective On Nighteye

 

Nighteye wasn't always that strict. He was one of All Might's biggest fans,admired him,and became his sidekick for until 6 years. During his battle against All For One,he got critical injuries. Nighteye begged All Might to retire and told him to look for a One For All successor at the U.A School,particularly Mirio Togata. After their dispute,they went their separate ways. Even if we know Nighteye's strict and cold personality,he actually do in fact have a soft side and values humor. He believes that a world without smiles and humor has no bright future. The point of him is that he was designed and meant to represent the intention of invoking the stereotypical image of Japanese men. That's why he was so strict,cold and had authority. Despite All Might choosing Deku as his successor instead of Mirio,he wasn't that happy,since Deku was Quirkless when All Might found him. By the time,Nighteye didn't know that a Quirkless person was required. He's quick and very open whenever he would make mistakes. Nighteye became very fearful of his own Quirk,scared of any visions he would see,pretty much made him paranoid. He soon met Mirio and took him under his wing. He became his pride and joy. Nighteye was a special person to Mirio. He wasn't just a mentor to him. He was the one who managed to improve Mirio's abilities and turned him into the number one studant at the U.A. At first,Nighteye only saw Mirio as the most suitable candidate to replace All Might,but during the time he was training him for that role,he learned that Mirio holds a deep respect and admiration for him and understands his behavior,becoming his most treasured student. During the Shie Hassaikai raid,he hugs his seriously-injured pupil after rescuing and protecting Eri from Overhaul. A proud Sir Nighteye praises and congratulates Mirio for everything that he has done,but is devastated to learn that Mirio had lost his Quirk when he was hit by a Quirk-Destroying bullet while protecting Eri. Nighteye literally tried to protect Mirio,Deku and Eri until he got badly hit. And you think he's being a dickhead? You don't even know how much respect and honor Sir Nighteye is. He's a true hero. If you don't think he is and that he's an assole,screw you. You don't know what a real hero like him is. In the hospital,Mirio rushes into the room to plea to him to hold on to teach him more,reminding him that he only became strong thanks to his help and training. Nighteye comforts Mirio,using his Quirk one final time to see into his future. Sir Nighteye passes away peacefully and smiling,after assuring Mirio that he will become an outstanding hero. That's when Mirio burst out crying. Pretty much later on,Nighteye received a funeral. That shows how much he got respect from everyone. Later on as well during the School Festival when Class A was doing their performance and Eri started smiling for the first time,not only was Mirio felt happy about it,he claims if only Nighteye was there to see this,with tears falling down on him. Nighteye's death truly was impactful. I remember crying my head off uncontrollably when it happened and I still cry even nowadays. I also used to dislike his strict attitude at first when he first debuted,but when I found out he truly is a real hero and sacrificed himself to save not just his student,but Deku and Eri as well,I started crying and he has deserved my whole respect. So when he died,a part of me also died. We know what they say,it's better to learn on who someone really is before judging them. Thanks to Nighteye's courage,I learned to take care of myself and to continue on not giving up no matter how hard life gets. He's my hero and always will be.

My Review on My Hero Academia Season 6

 

**This is my review of Season 6 episode 16 from My Hero Academia**
Hello there. Today's review is episode 16 of My Hero Academia Season 6. Warning. This contains spoilers,so read at your own risk. If you don't want to be spoiled,look away.

                                    The Most Heartbreaking Episode Yet

This episode really heartbroke me. I can't even watch Hawks' past fully because it was way too much. And yeah,his past shall enter the ''Things you shouldn't be searching for'' iceberg. I cried a whole fountain today and i'm not even kidding. Really,do NOT search it up. Glad Beast Jeanist is staying next to him as his bodyguard. The whole situation with Endeavor is heartbreaking as well. All the remorse he's feeling right now and the regret. Something about him crying like that is hard to watch. Rei taking her time to see him is really wholesome. It shows that she still cares about him even after what the whole family and herself has been put through during all this time prior to the series. Shoto is.. Well he's Shoto.

Some good details went into this episode. We get to see Hawks' little Endeavor toy and how he even got it in the first place. This little toy glowing to him,it's just cute. In truth,his mom bought him the toy in the marketplace in order to keep him quiet. In exchange,she told him he can become as strong as him someday. There is a scene from an older episode of Season 6 where little Hawks talked to two older people and encouraged him to become a hero. This time here,they extended it and explained further on how this came to be. The flower Rei is holding behind her is a notch to the flowers that Endeavor made her see long time ago. The fact she's having one right now to visit him is genuine from their part. And... Of course we get to see about Dabi. Umm.. I mean Toya. We got the flashback from Dabi's dance and as well as the famous hug scene where he hugs Shoto. Not only that,but Hawks remembers the time when Toya called him by his real name. It brought me chills. Oh and yes,Hawks' past did reveal that his real name is indeed Keigo Takami.

Well,we got yet another ''said character is abused as a child'' trope. How many characters in MHA have this trope already? Not only that,but Hawks' mom reminds me of L from Death Note. Same kind of speaking.. Hell,she even sits just like him. Unfortunately,she saved her husband from the authorities when he committed murder. Despite this,their relationship was extremely stressed and this affected poor little Hawks. Because of all this,her relation with her son is negative and had to do anything her husband commands her to do and even as far as when he physically abuses poor Hawks,it goes to the point his mom had to not give him any short of emotional support. However,it was revealed Hawks received a letter from his mom after all these years following his recovery. She states she apologize for everything and causing trouble while telling her son how proud she is of him. Little Hawks watches Endeavor and All Might on tv. How cute! Endeavor defeating an elephant guy villain? Awesome! Oh and she eventually told about his father at some point,which got him caught by Endeavor. Awww.. Hawks' hero to the rescue,I guess. 

Now,i'm not gonna go in further details from Hawks' past because this is way too much. But,it is surprising that Endeavor has finally redeemed himself after all the incident. He eventually made a proper apology as well as for his entire family. Toya/Dabi really did affect him a lot and we can't blame him. Shoto closing the door on his was kinda funny. Nonetheless,the whole family made Shoto see him,which he finally accepted afterwards. The whole Endeavor apologizing to his family and crying got me into tears. He also promised to be a better person. It's a good thing for someone like Endeavor to finally gets development and getting the respect he deserve. Yes,we all hated on him and I don't blame anyone for it,but he's one of the few people who agrees on changing his ways and that's a good thing. He also has accepted being responsible for  what happened to Toya and him becoming a villain,in which the latter haunts him. Endeavor received support from his family ever since and came to the public about his past and promised to do anything he can to defeat the villains.

Now you may notice something. Why I haven't talk about Susugi's situation? It's mainly because the amount of abuse this episode has given already broke me.

Assassination Classroom: A Great Point Of View With An Inspiring Teacher

 Hi guys! Welcome back to my blog. I know it's been so long after my last entry and I am really sorry about that. Life was getting more busy and I've been making so much research before wanting to do this new entry on my blog. This time,I am going to talk about something that has inspired me throughout the years,an anime that hit me hard. A teacher whose special in my heart deeply. I'm talking about Assassination Classroom. For those of you who don't know what this is,it's basically a class from a school filled with low grade students with the goal of assassinating their teacher Koro for a bet of 10 billion dollars and it's up to their teacher to teach them on how to become assassins. The show is a total masterpiece. It also combine many genres. Action? Checked. Comedy? Checked. Drama? Checked. Slice of life? Checked. If something happens later in the series,it has probably been foreshadowed in past episodes. 

The Earlier Development:

In 2012,Yusei Matsui created Assassination Classroom,a manga with a very original scenario that quickly found its audience. The manga had huge and dazzling success in Japan,with the first volume selling a million copies and it became one of the best-selling mangas in the archipelago. As with so many successful other manga,an anime series was born,alongside two live action movies.

Before the series that interests us here,an OVA was produced back in 2013 by the studio Brain's Base and it adapted the first cycle of the manga (namely the arrival of Professor Koro and the school trip). The series,produced two years later,adapts the story to the end,that is to say the 21 volumes of the manga.

The Humor And Character Development:

Despite its dark concept,the series is very funny,especially thanks to the disconnect between Koro's strange personality and the more serious ones from the students. The hate/love relationship between them is also an asset in their relationship and the evolution of the characters. The antagonists are otherwise interesting and have a well-defined psychology. Finally,the realization is very good and serves very well scenarios which exploits its concept with accuracy. Nagisa was originally going to be a girl early in development and would have a relation with Karma. But Yusei Matsui later change this for making Nagisa a boy to better tell a story within,and this came into jokes around in the anime. 

Under its exacerbated humour and the lightness with which it shows violence,the series wants to be deeper by addressing a social problem which is the difficult schooling of young Japanese with the pressure of the education system and the way in which they are cataloged and despised by the other students who do not succeed in school. Yusei Matsui has also confessed to having created the character of Koro according to his idealization of the perfect teacher,having himself never had the chance to have a good teacher during his school years. Thanks to his way of approaching things,the series was able to find its audience,which was not easy with regard to its subject which could have posed a problems for some viewers. It's all about the effect a good teacher can have on kids who need their support.

Season 1 is merely setting up the students,setting  up the whole cast so we get to know them better,before season 2 kicks into series of great arcs. Without the heroics in the final arc,we won't have a good idea of what Nagisa is good at. While the anime didn't cover all of the students,we at least know which one went to the Maid Cafe and liked it. This classroom is full of kids,share a strong sense of comradery between themselves,whether during planning another nearly impossible scheme or fighting against a common external enemy. I love how they work together as an unit,how they play off each other in comedic moments,and you feel save around those groups of people. The strong suit of this series is not the simple premise,but how those groups of students created such a strong bond between themselves. The show is appealing to a lot of people,because of the social discrimination,and how the teenagers are treated as the worse,as well as the last hope of Earth at the same time. Not all of the kids in Class E are ruffians,but they're all lumped up together as one. The lack of character development in the anime is more addressed in the manga,where most of the things happens offscreen,and more character developments happens. Like Sugaya and Maehara for example. Karma is definitely the most interesting student character and the most recognized beside Nagisa. Nagisa also comes close with slowly development regarding his assassination talent. Assassination Classroom resonated with me,because trust me,I have dealt with a similar system in some sort at my school,and it was never easy for me to live with,especially due to my condition or special needs schooling education. 

For me,the best character would always,and I mean,always will be Karma. I was constantly looking out to him like a brother figure in every episode. Gotta love his cute side as well. His laid-back personality,combined with his weird sadistic bullying tactics,made him pretty fun to have around. Seeing him grow up was nice to behold. Some people,even adults,haven't matured to the point of acceptability,but he does,which made his development that much endearing. He was also very funny and entertaining. 

Life Lessons:

Throughout the course of the manga and the anime,we learn lots of life lessons from Professor Koro and the students of Class E. It also serves as a great escape from the troubles of everyday life. Here are some of them:

• Believe in yourself- The power of self-believe is at the very core of this series. Koro Sensei tries to instill this frame of mind into his kids by knocking them down to build them back up. He shows them that there is no one size that fits all fix when it comes to life and that you shouldn't compare yourself to others for that reason. It's your life and the only way you can take control and accomplish your goals is through believing in yourself,even at your worst moments.

• It's ok to fail- The idea of failure is a major theme that surrounds the series and its cast. From the very first episode,Koro Sensei challenges his class to assassinate him,which ultimately results in their failure. The series rapidly uses the failures of Class E to show the viewers that the power of of perseverance is apart of the process. It goes on to show how each of these class members grows through their defeats and how they develop into more complete people because of it.

• Don't dwell on the pass- The children of Class E aren't exactly what you would call your model students. They are unhinged,cold and confrontational;some might even say,misfits. What this series tries hardest to communicate is to forget the failures of yesterday,the heartache or regret,the troubled past that you may have come from and to move forward for the benefit of your future self.  It takes these same children and unifies them under one goal empowering them to move on from the things that haunted and held them back from realizing their true potential.

• Understanding your weakness can only make you stronger- Success can be seen a long and winding road of ups and downs. The way to properly navigate that road is through understanding yourself;your strengths,your opportunities,your accomplishments. through their slow development from misfits to hungry and engaged students. It's all managed through some diligent soul-searching like Itona's journey from cocky,blowhard to eventually using his honesty as a tool to connect with his classmates and find acceptance.

• Don't just sit around being angry,take action- There are many points throughout the series where Class E comes face to face with adversity;the fate of the world is in their hands for crying out loud. But even though he's constantly a target,Koro Sensei is sure to instill a proactive attitude in his students. None of them are perfect and have plenty of problems they need to work through,but their teacher is always sure to remind them to never let those obstacles stop them. 

• Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard- In every face of life,whether it be financially,physically or mentally,there are very gifted individuals. This series does a great job of displaying that divide in society. Many students lack the physical talents of Itona or Ritsu,but they make up for it with their intelligence much like Karma. But nothing would be possible for these students without the hard work and determination Koro Sensei pounds into their heads. These two themes resonates throughout each episode of the series in an attempt to manifest themselves in the lives of the viewer.

• Never give up- Until its end,the series lives on as a testament to this very sentiment. From all the events of season 2,down to each classmate's individual setbacks during exams or in their personal life;Assassination Classroom strives to empower those helpless and downtrodden to keep pushing forward. To see the backstories of some of these characters,and even Koro Sensei's,and to see how they managed to overcome these events is an inspiring display of perseverance. 

• Don't concern yourself with the opinions of others- One of the most important lessons anyone can learn is the only opinion that should matter is your own. Throughout life,there will be many people we encounter and they will all come with their preconceived notions and opinions. Assassination Classroom tries its best so show that those opinions shouldn't dictate your life,that each decision you make should be for your own happiness and reflect with the values you hold true to yourself. 

• Life is about balance- In all aspects of life,it is important to maintain a proper balance of priorities. Work and life tend to conflict,and concentrating too much effort on one easily distracts from the other. The series makes it a point to convey these truths through its character's strengths and weaknesses,daily lives,and academic aspirations,even in Isogai's responsibility to provide for his family financially in his job outside of school. 

• Creativity is your greatest weapon- Creativity IS your greatest weapon. Whether it be a BB grenade,a surprise blade or a covert attack by the government,creativity is key when it comes to each assassination attempt against Koro Sensei. The series shows the lengths that each student goes in order to get an advantage over their teacher. This is a lesson that should speak to every viewer,that they must utilize the power of their creativity to overcome any obstacle they may face in their life.

                                         My perspective on Koro Sensei:

I would like to speak about Koro Sensei. He is really a great character and teacher. His motivation,his personality,his skills,and his past is very sad and tragic but I won't spoil it. He really cares about his students and would risk his life for them. He is the ideal teacher for me. I usually don't normally cry over a series' ending,but the ending of Assassination Classroom has by far made me cry out loud,especially for Koro Sensei. Just.. The fact they're middle schoolers and their goal is literally to kill their teacher,it's just that hard for them to do it. Whenever they try to assassinate him,this always lead up to another plan or whatsoever and people were all fine with it,as long as Koro keeps on teaching. But when the time has come,they no longer want to kill him,knowing their teacher won't be around for them anymore. It's just plain sad. In response of learning their teacher's past,they wanted to try to save him instead and there was a whole story arc based on that life saving idea. It turns out that saving him would'nt be necessary,because the chance of killing him spontaneously combusting and taking a whole planet with him is less than 1%. Even still,the government are still trying to kill him. And not to mention Karma,who happens to cry for the first time in his life. The students suffered from a very traumatic experience at the end and I can't blame them. As the ''let's save Koro Sensei instead of killing him'' arc was progressing and the rest of the show was near,I had mixed feelings. On one hand,the idea that Koro Sensei could live was something I wanted on some level,not to mention that turning the premise of a series on its head is an incredibly high-risk,high-reward move that can be utterly mind-blowing when done right. Yet at the same time,the idea of going from having to do something morally and narratively  difficult to doing something morally easy would basically ruin everything the show had been building towards. The emotional heart of the show is that Koro Sensei is actually a fantastic teacher (yes I know,i'm repeating this) and person in general,but he's a threat that needed to be eliminated. Even Karma has stated so when he negotiate with Nagisa.  He really cares about his students and would risk his life for them. He is the ideal teacher for me. With the government about to fire a satellite-based super-weapon and kill Koro Sensei anyway,he tells his goodbyes to the students,giving one last roll call before they do him in. And.. I'm not going into deeper details onto this because this affected me so much to the point I snap. Koro himself points out that peace was never an option so he was going to die alone anyway if it was'nt for the kids. He wanted the students to do it after all he'd done for them. In addition,the series has twisted into both options: While the students makes the choice that Koro Sensei didn't need to be killed to save the Earth,they were never going to be able to ''save'' him because the governments of the world didn't care.  You grow to love Koro Sensei as much as the students so you're interested into sparring him,but at the same time,you know it's going to end and there is no other way to prevent this. As for Kayano,this would really play a huge part on Koro Sensei to snap. To think she died protecting her teacher from a monstrous scientist and his minion,this had a huge letdown: Reviving. I get that Koro Sensei wanted to try to heal someone whom he love so much and be useful as help,but keeping her as dead would teach everyone that even someone you love dies,they would stay forever in your mind,and that's what Assassination Classroom is trying to tell here,that you must feel what death is like in order to move on. It's the same thing for Koro Sensei. Even if he must die,he would still stay forever in the mind of many people. This is why I respect the last moment of the final episode,because it proves just how much it's ok to cry for someone or a stranger that you've been attached to. 

At first,the only thing the students in his class can do is play along. They're completely at the mercy of a questionably sane creature who can blow up the moon and most likely the Earth immediately,but insists on playing teacher with them for a year. They can't do anything about it as they are now,the government already knows about it plus is trying to do something about it but also can't do anything about it as well. That's how they see it,what other choice do they have but play along? They're the E Class,they have zero motivation because they see themselves as failures because of the school system.  But over time,they actually bond with Koro Sensei because while he is a questionable sane creature,he supports them,trains them,teaches them life lessons,etc.. In other words,he's pretty much the perfect teacher figure for them,and they need one,again because of the school system. They stopped seeing him as a monster because he just doesn't act like one anyway and since he creates the perfect school environment for them,they go to school and focus on exams... While trying to kill him from time to time. It's not like they forgot about the world being closer and closer to annihilation in favor of their newfound brilliant school life,they just still can't do squat about it. They do try. Koro Sensei is very entertaining in my opinion,in a way he makes the class fun. He gets the true respect his deserve. He indeed inspires a lot of people,including me. He doesn't need to make research or something to help others or for teaching because he himself,is already very intelligent from the start. With Koro Sensei around,they feel save and comfortable,and he gives them a challenge that's nearly impossible yet with adequate encouragements along the way. At first,the only thing the students in his class can do is play along. Why Does Loaf And Lisa Hates Bagel And Becky?

 Do you guys remembers Loaf and Lisa from The Bagel and Becky show? If not,then I shall make a brief introduction to them. Loaf is a gopher who hates Bagel while Lisa is a squirrel who hates Becky. Loaf is careless,mean and self-centered while Lisa is selfish,naughty and stupid. However,the show has never explained why they hate Bagel and Becky so much but one thing I've gathered is a box in the episode Sleep Overthrow. What's even more intriguing is that they're friends with Argentina and Phillipe. Hmmm,is there something going on? Maybe so.

We know Bagel and Becky have a human mom (she's also their owner) who makes them pancakes every morning. She is apparently former friends with Loaf and Lisa at some point. Also,it is noted that Percy is Bagel and Becky's true friend. This means that something must have happened before Bagel and Becky showed up. Here is my take on what most likely happened.

Loaf and Lisa used to be Mom's pets (kids). They were happy at the time and she loved them both. They had a happy life. That is,until one day when Bagel and Becky arrived. Mom quickly grew attached to these two new addition to the family,but this meant that Load and Lisa tried to seek attention from her from time to time. They even tried to put the blame on the other two but no luck. They were getting jealous afterwards. Soon enough,they thought of getting out of the house and that's when the box comes in. They wanna use the box they found so that someone else would take them. However,nobody ever came for them. Their jealousy filled them in with anger not only from Bagel and Becky,but because they had nothing else. At some point,Argentina and Phillipe spotted them,feeling bad for these two poor animals. The two gets the deal of helping them get rid of Bagel and Becky since they are also jealous of the cat and the dog. 

The Interesting Case Of Radcircles

 Hello there,guys. It's me again,and I am here to talk about the Radcircles case.

Now Radcircles,has been a real true mystery ever since the beginning of 2011. For those who didn't follow the Detentionaire series,then I suggest to watch it before jumping into the archives. Otherwise things would be confusing. 

                      Archive 1: Before Radcircles...

Here is the first archive. As I have already progressed into the case and the series by myself,some interesting things has caught my attention and that is the strange Art Wurst and his disappearance. Why is he important you may ask? Because he is the original Radcircles,as his email is indeed Radcircles@anigmahigh.ca. I know,it sounds familiar. The original Art Wurst was one of the founders of the Corporate conglomerate Mann,Wurst and Finnwich. Alongside his fellow founders Maxwell Finnwich and Elizabeth Mann,their high school principal Alexander Nigma and fellow student Ping,he formed a cult dedicated to unlocking the powers of a mysterious pyramid. While still in their high school days,the group succeeded and in the process freed a creature they would come to know as His Eminence. Unfortunately for him,he was diagnosed with an incurable and ultimately lethal disease. Seeking a form of pseudo immortality,he created a legion of clones of himself and over the years,they have created numerous clones of only the most brilliant minds in history all for the purpose of unlocking the pyramid. A high ranking Wurst clone alongside Mrs. Lob,Mr. Pummel,Mrs. Jerkins,VP Victoria and General Barrage worked together on a top secret government brainwashing project. The project was scrapped when it was determined that they could'nt make people do something that was truly against their will. The members of the project with the exception of Barrage,would stay together as teaching staff of A Nigma High. However unknown to the others,Veronica was continuing the project using a few students at A Nigma High as guinea pigs for her employers The Council.

One year prior to the start of the series,Wurst was lured to Room 113B by Victoria's henchman Lynch Webber,masquerading as Lee Ping,and kidnapped and sent him to Coral Grove. Prior to Wurst's disappearance,Lynch stole Wurst's email and use it to similarly kidnap the other scientists and set up the prank and frame Lee.

The Untold And Dark Truth Of Supernanny

 We all know the Supernanny show and who Jo Frost is,but this needed an article because there are things you probably didn't know about Supernanny. I have already talked about Jacob Young who went to jail for rape. 

            The Behind the scenes of the show

While the episodes always wrapped up with happy kids and grateful parents,there were a lot more going on behind the scenes. From an almost failed engagement to a three year old committing arson,there are more than meets the eye. 

The show almost cost Supernanny 's own Jo Frost her relationship. When Jo Frost left in 2011,she explained she was ready to move on from the show and start a family of her own. It turns out that the show almost cost Frost one of her most important relationships with Darrin Jackson. She told in an interview that her relationship with Darrin suffered during filming. You see,Derrin was a production manager on the show so he got to work with her and the others,but it didn't work out. The idea of it not working was'nt an option for Joe or Jackson but the reality is that they had to live by what they preach as well. Jo said she still planned to work after settling down and becoming a mother. However,she and Jackson are committed to making it work no matter what. 

The kids may have been coerced to cry. The beauty of Supernanny was watching the incredible transformation of the kids. The more out of control the children were,the more exciting the episode get. The tantrums were truly groundbreaking and they kept people coming back for more. Sadly,some of these tantrums were allegedly coerced. Producers of the British version of Supernanny revealed that the kids had to cry on the show. Channel 4 board member Roger Graef said they were told to force the children to cry on Supernanny during a seminar at the London School of Economics. However,Channel 4 said this never happened on the American version of Supernanny.

The show has a royal fan. The families featured on Supernanny appeared completely out of control. The kids ran the show as they screamed at their parents and threw their vegetables across the kitchen. Jo Frost had her work cut out for her week to week. However,it seems that you don't need to have lost all control to benefit from Frost and her strategies. Even a seemingly perfect family studied her methods. When Kate Middleton was pregnant with her first baby,Prince William shared that he began watching the DVDs of Supernanny. Prince Harry reportedly got sucked into the show as well. Frost told the telegraph that she was happy when she found out the royal family was watching. 

Did the show exploit the kids?  During the height of Supernanny's success,concerns were raised about the well-being of the families,especially the children. While Jo Frost is the star of the show,it's the kids that make the program addictive to watch. Seeing them from epic meltdown mode to happy and helpful little angels kept people coming back for more like I stated before. However,the kids never actually agreed to be on television. We sat there watching these children during their darkest times. The more distressed they were,the better the episode. Perhaps it was'nt fair to subject them to national television. What will happen when they grow up and see themselves acting that way? Frost has been adamant that the show was only for the benefit of the children and that it never used them for ratings. When the Guardian asked Frost if she was ever concerned about exploiting children,she quickly said no. 

You can use Jo Frost's expert techniques at home. After having a wildly successful TV show,it was only a matter of time before Frost tried her hand at writing. In 2011,she released her parenting book,Jo Frost's Confident Toddler Care. 

Even Supernannies have trouble following their own advice. Frost was insanely busing while filming Supernanny but it turns out that frantic pace didn't go away after the show ended. She told at home that she had to set healthier boundaries for herself after having a health setback following the show. She had a knee injury and it was a though recovery. All the while,she had an anterior cruciate ligament replacement. She went back for therapy for a short amount of time and she was getting better and better. After her recovery,she decided it was time to start saying ''no'' more often. She focused on a better balance and let herself turn down projects when she was feeling stretched too thin.

One family says their sons' behavior worsened after the show. At the end of each Supernanny episode,we the audience had the satisfaction of seeing even the most unruly youngsters happily following the rules. The families always seemed so much closer and more peaceful at the end. That's probably why it's so sad to think that the stories didn't end there. It is truly unrealistic to think that one person could undo years of conditioning in such a period of time. This was certainly true for the Young family. Jo Frost spent two weeks with this family of five boys. She thought the parents about how to use rewards and instituted a ''naughty stool'' when the boys didn't listen. Sadly,the naughty stool went up in flames. The family's three year old son Joel set fire to the house with a kitchen lighter after appearing on Supernanny. The parents have stated that the children were not responsible,but the fire service released a statement saying that Joel was the one who started it. No one was hurt,but the house was destroyed. The Youngs have complained that their sons' behavior actually worsened after the show because they were encouraged to play up their misbehaving for the cameras. Years later,Jacob Young is put in jail for rape in 2020. 

Jo Frost is the face of the show,but it takes a village to help these families. While Jo Frost is very effective,she can't possibly work the kind of miracle we saw on the show completely on her own. She shared with the parents that there is an entire team behind the camera who are vital to the family' success. Frost explained that she make sure that the families always come first on Supernanny and that requires a team. The most important members of that team are the parents. Once the crew and cameras leave after two weeks,it's up to the parents to keep up this new system.

Nannies don't like the show. Not everyone agrees with Jo Frost and her tactics. Surprising group who isn't crazy about her strategies is other nannies. The nanny service ENannySource posted its top 10 reasons why nannies don't love Supernanny. Nannies worry that the show gives unrealistic expectations for nannies. Not all problems can be tied up within an hour-long show,so families should not expect one person to work miracles that quickly. They also worry that the show thrives on drama,much more than is natural for the average family. The average nanny spends her days changing diapers and playing at the park. You don't need epic tantrums and meltdowns everyday. Finally,ENannySource explained that nannies should be part of the family,not the leader. Parents are still in change when it comes to their children,so they need to stay engaged. 

Boy Who Appeared On Supernanny Detained For Rape

 As the titled said,a teenager who appeared on Supernanny as a child has been detained for rape for 10 years in prison.

Y'all remember little Jacob Young from the Young Family on Supernanny back in 2005,right? Well.. Here's the sad thing. It didn't actually do anything to help Jacob. He was 3 years old at the time when the episode was film and now he's 18. According to BBC News,the judge dismissed a letter from Jacob's mother which said the 2005 show led to a ''campaign of abuse and mockery''. Jacob Young has been confirmed to have strangled a victim almost to unconsciousness in her own home,making her fear for her life. The judge said that Jacob Young had an extreme form of sexual curiosity or unhealthy fantasy.

The court heard Young spent the night of October 13th 2018 stalking and taking photos of vulnerable women,before he spotted the victim being supported by her boyfriend as he walked her home. During a trial in 2019,Young's defense claimed he was making sure she got home safely,but the court heard he had a premeditated plan to steal the stranger's bag so he could return it as a hero figure. Once the boyfriend left,Jacob entered the flat and attacked her. Judge Levett said evidence from the victim suggested Jacob enjoyed the violence and she only escaped after promising to let him do whatever with her if he ever let her go to the bathroom. The family was featured in a 2004 episode of Supernanny,in which the five young boys were described as having no respect for their home,their parents or each other. Like I stated earlier,in a letter sent to the court,the mother described the impact that appearing on the Channel 4 show had on each of her five sons.

''Your mother said appearing on that TV program led to a campaign of mockery and abuse from the public and peers and school friends'',said Judge Levett. Jacob's mother claimed he was very ''protective'' of women following a fire at the family's home in 2007,which led to considerable media attention. She suggested her son was a person of good character who could not have done what was alleged. All her claims were dismissed as ''embellishment'' by the judge. The court heard Jacob Young had a previous conviction for threatening a 12 year old girl with a knife when he was 14. Jacob Young of Beechcroft Road,denied rape,committing actual bodily harm and theft but was found guilty by a jury. He is sentenced to 10 years in a young offenders' institution with an extended license period of five years.

 Good evening,people! I feel like it's the time to talk about Supernanny. For those who are not familiar with her? She is a special nanny that specialized in both parents and kids.

                        Who is Jo Frost?

Joanne Frost is an English television personality,nanny and author. She is best known for the reality television programme Supernanny UK,in which she was the central figure. She has written six books on child care. She grew up with his brother in Southwest London. Her father was an English Builder and her mother was an interior decorator. She had a happy,physically active childhood. Because her father was interested in history,she frequently visited a number of castles and museums as a child. In 1994,her mother died of Cancer. Jo,who regularly travels for work,lived with her father. As of 2014,she's living with her husband in Orange Country,California. She worked as a nanny for over 30 years,beginning in 1989 when she was 18 years old. She was employed in the United Kingdom and the United States and her clients included celebrities such as John Lloyd,a television producer. She was then hired for a Channel 4's television show that launched in 2004 in the United Kingdom and it was called SuperNanny. In each episode,she visits families and imply consistent disciplinary,behavioral and entertainment techniques to improve those troubled families. The show eventually became a success for her and her career. In 2011,she quitted and Deborah Tillman replaced her for the United States version. She had another show in 2010 called Jo Frost: Extreme Parental Guidance. 

Jo was an advocate for the United Nation Foundation's Shot@Life movement,which aimed to decrease ''V Thing'' preventable childhood deceases and deaths. In March 2015,she visited legislators at Capitol Hill to show her support for the movement. She operated a blog to promote ''V Thing'' of children and is one of the celebrities that has shown her support for #Givingtuesday,the International Day of Giving. She speaks on parental and familial issues. She's also an active supporter for those living with Anaphylaxis and life-threatening allergies. Joe is a proponent of the naughty chair theory of discipline and is strictly against smacking. She eventually returned in 2020 for a revival series of Supernanny. She often upload full episodes online on youtube in her official Supernanny channel. She loves kids. She likes being called Jojo. She talk to kids and parents. She is loved by many people,notably kids,parents and fans. She helps find solutions. She listen to kids and their opinion. She may not be a therapist,but she does well with her job. The Death Note Pilot and the Death Eraser: An Untold Story

 We know the Death Note storyline and what this deadly notebook serve in purpose. But do you really think you might know the true story of it? This may shock you but it actually has a storyline unknown to many people,and that is the Death Note Pilot. 

The Death Note Pilot only saw the daylight in form of a manga and serves as a pilot chapter of Death Note years before Light Yagami. Although not part of the continuity,I do strongly consider it part of it despite what is said on Wikipedia and I don't care. It came out in 2003 and the story did well enough for a franchise,which has led to the first chapter of the actual manga four months later. It differed well from the beloved manga series and included something that no one would have expected.

Taro Kagami,the Original Kira:

The story of the Pilot follows Taro Kagami,a young student of the age of only 13. Basically,he's a child compared to Light Yagami who is a 17 year old teenager and student. Taro finds the Death Note,only to confuse it for being a diary because he recognizes only the English word for ''note''. He didn't recognize the English word for ''death''. Because he assumed it as a blank diary,he takes it to replace a diary he previously lost. He treats it as a journal and writes in it,complaining about students who bullied him,in which it accidentally causes the death of these two classmates of his by heart attacks. After he heard of their deaths,he searched up the word ''death'' in the dictionary and learned the true meaning of Death Note. In disbelief,he continued to write in the notebook,incidentally writing the names of the new bullies. The next day at school,he finds out the bullies are dead. He then ran home to hide the notebook but he meets up with Ryuk. Pretty much like in the actual manga and the anime,he explained he dropped it in the Human World out of boredom,meaning that this plot was already planned from the beginning with Ryuk after all and that was the whole point.

 He then tells him the functions of the Death Note and how it is no ordinary notebook,similar to what he tells to Light in the anime. Shortly after that,two detectives show up at Taro's house asking questions but Ryuk suggest that he memorize the name on their badges and kill them. The following night,Taro had nightmares of the bullies he accidentally killed. In response,Ryuk gives him the Death Eraser. I'm gonna talk about it after I covered the rest of the original Kira. Basically,everyone were resurrected and the two detectives asked questions to the boys at school about how they were once dead and came back to life somehow magically. However,they all died once again,causing the school to shut down. Days later,Taru found out that Ryuk dropped his other Death Note and found out that his classmate Miura was also been bullied and was responsible of the murders. Taro was almost killed by him before attempting to commit suicide but Taro stopped him. After the resurrection of everyone once again,they told them everything but Taro did'nt reveal the existence of the Death Note and kept it. The last scene presented the Death Note seven years later as a cultural phenomenon with its actual existence still in dispute. Ryuk is last seen with an older 20 year old Taro mocking a Death Note survey. At one point,Taro remarked that he could potentially use the Death Note to create a better world,which garners Ryuk's respect. 

The Death Eraser,the forgotten plot device:

What's the Death Eraser,you may ask? It's a special artifact can erase the names in the Death Note and revive people that have been killed with the note. 

Feeling remorse for killing with the Death Note,Taro Kagami was given the Death Eraser by Ryuk and is told that he can erase the names in the Death Note and the victims will come back to life. He does so and discovers the following day at school that it was indeed for real. After they were killed off again,Taro used the Death Eraser again to bring them back to life and explain everything alongside Miura. The existence of the Death Eraser is only true in the Pilot manga and does not exist in any other Death Note media. In the actual manga and the anime,it is revealed that if a cause of death or the details of death are struck out with two straight lines before the forty seconds has elapsed,then they would be cancelled and can be changed if desired but no matter what,once the name of a victim is written down in the Death Note,they will die.

A similar variation of the Death Eraser has been established in the 2017 Netflix movie. A rule is established that if the victim who has been written in the Death Note is scheduled to die at a specific time,the death will not occur only if the page it's written on is burned. The Death Eraser will not help if the deceased person has already been cremated.

The Death Eraser was originally going to be an idea in the anime,but the creators scrapped the idea because they wanted the dead characters to really mean being dead.

Miura,the Original Second Kira:

Miura is considered the original second Kira before Misa Amane. Miura finds the second Death Note on the street and kept it at his home. The next day,he discovered that two bullies at his class were dead. These bullies harassed him and Taro,and possibly many others. Two detectives begun questioning students in his class,including himself. The next day,he,Taro and the other students are surprised to find the bullies alive again. The same two detectives appear again and asks the students how hey came back to life. Before they could speak,Miura write their names in his Death Note to kill them,causing the school to shut down. Miura then threatened to kill Taro before committing suicide,but he was stopped by his friend. After Taro revived everyone,he and Miura explained themselves. Miura was forced to give up ownership of his Death Note by getting it confiscated,leaving his notebook burned by the police. Compared to Misa,Miura did not made the eye deal and therefore did not shortened his lifespan. Another thing that differed him from Misa is that he shares the same Shinigami as Taro,similar to Light and Mikami in the anime. Miura is a boy while Misa is a girl. Last but not least,Miura is a student while Misa is an idol. 

What was the true inspiration of Death Note?

The truth is,Takeshi Obata said he really wanted to draw the story after he heard of a ''horror story featuring Shinigami''. According to him,when he first received the rough draft created by Ohba,he didn't really get it at first and that he wanted to work on the work due to the presence of Shinigami and that the work was dark. He also said he wondered about the progression of the plot as he read the thumbnails and if Jump readers would enjoy reading the comic. Obata said that while there is little action and that the main character doesn't really drive the plot,he enjoyed the atmosphere of the story. Obata stated that he drew the pilot chapter in a way that could appeal to him. Ohba brought the rough draft of the pilot chapter to the editorial department. Obata came into picture at a later point to create the artwork. Ohba and Obata did not meet each other in person while creating the pilot chapter. Ohba said that the editor told him that Ohba did not need to meet with Obata to discuss it. 

In my own opinion,there could be another inspiration for Death Note. You see,there is a myth in Japan that when a person is closed to dying,a God of Death appears and follows that said person until they die. It is also believed that God of Deaths can curse somebody. So why is this connected to Death Note? In the anime,we have the main character Light Yagami,who seems to see a God of Death named Ryuk after getting the Death Note. Ryuk,being neutral to what happens in the anime,follows him around until he dies. This means that Light Yagami was destined to die from the very beginning. And what about the curse? Light was cursed by having the Death Note. 

Not only is this what i'm thinking about,but this could also be a cry for help. Take Light for example. He has enough of hearing about criminals every single day. He thinks that life is not only boring but rotten to him. This theory can be proven in the Drama series of the franchise. You see,as a kid,Light liked playing cops with his family. But one day,his mom died at the hospital. However,his dad was busy at work in an arrestation of a criminal known as Kuro Otoharada instead. After arriving late at the hospital,Light was upset by him for now answering his calls and he ended up distancing himself from his father. He later despise criminals and no longer wanted to become a police growing up,developing what seems to be likely not only hate,but depression. The more it grew stronger to him,the more control lost of his anger from his past. He was stuck with a ruined childhood,which became his rough past. And unfortunately,this was also distancing him from his father as well. Unfortunately,his father blamed himself for having his son this way because he wished he could have been there when he needed it and to understand what he has been feeling. Luckily for Light,he has found the Death Note,in which he could've end his suffering. Killing criminals satisfied him to heal himself. Now here's the twist. L actually understood Light's cry for help. He figured that he used the Death Note to kill his suffering,and even thought Light was a hero for saving his father from Kuro Otoharada. Oh and another thing. Light did eventually tried to jump off the edge at one point,meaning he was indeed suicidal prior to the series. Now this storyline only exist in the Drama series. 

How Did Death Note Save My Life?

 Hey there,everyone! And today,I am here to talk about how Death Note saved my life. 

So where do I start? I was only 8 years old when the Death Note anime came out. As a 3rd grader,I begun watching it with my parents since I was mature enough for a little kid and i'm used to English and these type of stuff. There was nothing wrong with that. I grew loving it. At school,I was allowed to read the manga without problem. I started watching Death Note every morning before and after school. Seeing Light Yagami being Kira and writing down names in the notebook made me want to become just like him. I thought to myself that this would be my goal: To become Kira. To do what Light is doing. And,that's what I was exactly doing. I've made a homemade Death Note by myself and showed it to my parents. They were proud of me for it. I told them I wanted to achieve my goal to become like Light and be a hero for the good of humanity. They believed in me,thinking I could do it and make my dream come true. They said ''If Light is your hero,then we're sure you can succeed him one day and make him proud of you.'' Ever since that goal of mine,I wanted to be called Light Yagami,just like the character. They said that it was fine. The next day at school,my class were having a test or something. I wrote my name as ''Light Yagami'' because I thought it would be fun. However,my teacher believed it and literally called me ''Light Yagami''. Yeah,it worked! But it turns out that she like Death Note too and been watching the anime as well. I had a good friendship with my teacher due to that. I also brought my Death Note with me to school. Well,to wherever I go. I never got in trouble for that either. I've start to secretly write names in my Death Note so I could achieve my goal. When I arrived home from school,my mom told me to turn the TV on. There was an episode playing and then,there came a very special character that I would later be attached to. Who am I talking about? It's none other than L himself. Before I talk about him,I need to tell you about my past before I discovered Death Note.

                                      My Past:

Before discovering Death Note,I was a lonely child. I had no one to talk with or to play with. I was always bored. My cats often scratch me for no reason at all and even on the nose,causing me to bleed. I used to have band-aids on my nose because of that,which was awful to say the least. My dog ran away in the woods and was eaten by a bear. I was always at home. My parents used to both work. My babysitter was my cousin and he was my only friend. Everytime I felt upset,he would draw me a pokemon to cheer me up. I was always a quiet and calm kid,always shy or timid at school. I was always in my corner because I hated noise and I could'nt focus or concentrate well due to my condition. You see,for those of you who don't know,I have a rare condition known as Microcephaly. I was born with it because my mom used to be a smoker. I have a small brain,but doctors said that it's like a computer because I was actually pretty smart and intelligent for a kid with this birth defect. I thought it was a weird compliment. You see,my brain works differently from a normal person's. Even though i'm 22 now,my mind works like a 10 year old child. My brain size isn't normal like any other normal person's due to it being small. When I hear too much noise or can't focus on something,I get a headache or my brain has nothing to do to respond so I get stuck to my own bubble. Most of the time when there is too much pressure with my mind,I feel like my head want to explode. Doing school work,homework or doing a test is really frustrating because it takes me forever to respond to a question. Even math frustrates me because it's really hard and I tend to have temper tantrums because of that. I have learning disabilities thanks to this. It became really clear that I was a special need child. What's worst is that I get blamed for all of this. No matter how much I tried to reason with them about my problems,they think i'm being a bad girl. I'm always misunderstood and often get mixed messages. I had anxiety ever since I was very little. My parents used to fake call the police and lock me outside until they come for me whenever I misbehave. This made me fear of the police. I hated doctors because of what happened to me back when I was 7,but I don't wanna talk about it because this traumatized me for years. When I was 5,my school separated me and the only friend I had from school. They've put us in separate classes. Him being in first grade and as for me,I stayed in my kindergarten year. They never allowed me to see him except outside at recess where I would secretly go and play with him in the swings. He's Autistic and was the only person who cared about me. Unfortunately,they took him away from me for a bad and stupid reason. I thought to myself ''Where is the justice?'' After discovering Death Note,I knew it would help me end my suffering.

                        The Aftermath:

I'm sure you wanted to figure what happened after. Well,I'll explain all of it. Every day at school,I take the name of Light Yagami. It was like persona. However,people started laughing at me for choosing to be called like that. And I started receiving death threads from them because I was supposedly Kira. I went to the director's office to explain the situation. Then,I saw L on TV. Him being a detective and the way he is,this gave me courage to not give up. He was my source of inspiration. He became my idol. I've decided to become a detective just like him one day. I moved from being Light/Kira to be Detective L. One time,my parents saw me sitting just like L on the couch. They said this was a miracle that I could do that. They asked if I want to become L for a change and I accepted. I wanted people to know that I changed. I grew up acting like L. It's thanks to him that I ate sweets and cakes. He meant a lot to me. At school,I sat like him for the rest of the year and everyone called me L. I got back the respect that I wanted and I was glad.  For Halloween,I cosplayed as L. I was the cutest kid thanks to this. And one day at recess,me and my friends found a water puddle and I was dared to go and play in it with them. I hesitated of course because I knew we should'nt be doing that. The leader of the gang begun teasing me and then.. Something happened. An invisible force punched the kid to the ground. I was confused at what happened. I didn't understand what's going on. The surveillance lady came and blamed me for punching the other kid,which was'nt true. But hey,it was better than nothing. I rather get blamed for it instead of arguing further anyway. When the bell rang,I found a black feather on the ground and picked it up. It was I realized that I knew that it was'nt a fever dream. This feather,it must have belonged to a Shinigami. I had a new goal in mind: To find the Shinigami. I've talked to my parents,my classmates and my teacher about it. They believed me. My teacher said this feather could've belong to Ryuk. At home,I've made research and,she was right. It did belong to Ryuk. I tried real hard to find Ryuk and thank him for saving me back then. It was thought but after my long journey,I did it. I found him. I really found Ryuk. He approached me. I showed him the feather. Recognized it,he told me I could keep it as a souvenir. Knowing I had my Death Note with me,he said I was the only one who could see him. He asked if he could stay by my side. I accepted. Returning him,I introduced him to my parents by making them touch the Death Note. I wanted to keep him as a pet and they said yes. Ever since,me and Ryuk were the best of friends. He was always by my side. Always. I gave him apples every single day. Now let's get moving on to L again,shall we? Again like I stated earlier,he was the whole reason why I sat like him and encouraged me to eat. When he died,a huge part of me has also died. I could'nt even believed it. At first,I thought he was simply faking his death and would return in the next episode as a plot twist. But.. Instead I saw Roger at the Wammy's House telling Mello and Near that.. L is dead. I cried so real hard. When my parents were wondering why I was crying so loud like this,I told them the truth and they began to cry too upon hearing the tragic news. Fictional character or not,I believed in him. I believed he was with me throughout the years. It's really hard to say goodbye to him and even to this day. Nobody could've replace him. He was my everything. He made my life better. He made me be who I am today. I still don't give up on my dream and still didn't give up on it. He was very precious to me. He was very important for me. I got depressed for a whole month. I got suicidal. I wanted to jump off. My classmates still referred me as L. To them,I was him. Then,I met Near. I had a strange feeling. My heartbeat was fast. I thought it was'nt possible. Yet,it was. I felt like L actually didn't left me and I was right. He didn't technically left,but he sent Near to me so I could move on. Near is like a guardian angel to me. I started playing with my hair after he did. My mom noticed and decided to call me Near. I literally shattered and cried the second she called me that. But those weren't sad tears. They were happy tears. Thanks to Near,I got my motivation back. I ended up not killing myself. He saved me from potential death. He made me happy when i'm down. I was relating to him. I've shared similarities with him. I had school afterward. My teacher asked me why I was playing with my hair. I told her that it was because I saw a new character on Death Note named Near and I quickly grew attached to him. Hearing that,she called me Near and she smiled. Later on in December,she wanted to talk in private with me and she gave me something very precious that I should keep and to never lose it. It was a heart pendant and inside was a picture of Near. I cried and promised to keep it. She knew she wanted Near to stay with me. And she was right. He did.

 Good afternoon,guys! I am back and today,I will be talking about a long forgotten company known as Sanrio!

Before I start,I'll tell you what Sanrio is. It's a Japanese company that designs,licences and produces products focusing on cute segments of Japanese popular culture. They are known for Hello Kitty. Yes,you heard me. They're the company behind Hello Kitty,courtesy of Yuko Shimizu and Yuko Yamaguchi. Their animatronic branch is called Kokoro Company,with Kokoro meaning heart in Japan.

 

                              The Foundation Of The Company

The company was founded by Shintaro Tsuji as the Yamanashi Silk Company in 1960. In 1962,Tsuji expanded his entreprise from silk to rubber sandals with flowers painted on them. He noted the profits gained by simply adding a cute design to the sandals and hired cartoonists to design cute characters for his merchandise in respond. In 19703,the company was officially established as Sanrio. The company's European website says the name comes from Spanish words san (Holy) and rio (Water). In other words,Sanrio means Holy Water. The other origin of the name came from the Japanese book Kore Ga Sanrio No Himitsu Desu,which means This is the Sanrio company secret. 

                                Character Merchandise

The company produced a line of character merchandise around gift-giving occasions. Hello Kitty was the first related merchandise in 1975. Other notably popular characters include The Little Twin Stars,My Melody,Keroppi,Tuxedo Sam,Badz-Maru,Chococat,Cinnamoroll,Sugarbunnies,Jewelpets and Wish Me Mell. Sanrio constantly adds new characters to its lineup. For a short time,Osamu Tezuka's baby unicorn character Unico,who starred in two feature-length anime movies in the early 1980 was also part of Sanrio's empire. However,the rights to Unico shifted to Osamu Tezuka's own company after his death in 1989. 

                                  The 2000's Decade

In late 2003,Sanrio won the ''Top Brand with a Conscience'' award from the Medinge Group of Sweden for its communication principles. In 2006,Sanrio launched Sanrio Digital together with Typhoon Games to expand the Internet,online games and mobile services. 

                                The 2010's Decade

2010 was Sanrio's 50th anniversary. In conjuction of this,Build-A-Bear Workshop released limited edition stuffed toys of several Sanrio characters including Hello Kitty,Chococat,My Melody and Keroppi. On August 26th 2010,Mercis BV,representing Miffy's creator Dick Bruna,brought suit against Sanrio with the claim that one of Hello Kitty's characters,Cathy the rabbit infringes on the copyright and trademark of Miffy. On November 2nd 2010,a Dutch court ruled against Sanrio and ordered the company to stop marketing Cathy products in Belgium,Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Following the March 11th 2011 Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan,Sanrio and Mercis reached an out-of-court settlement on June 7th 2011 for Sanrio to halt production worldwide of merchandise that feature Cathy. They also announced a 150,000$ donation to Earthquake victims. 

In December 2011,Sanrio Global acquired the rights to the Mr.Men and Little Miss characters. In June 2016,it was announced that Sanrio had partnered with Loot Crate.

                          What they're doing now?

In June 2020,it was announced that the company's founder and president Shintaro Tsuji would step down from the role and hand control of the company to his grandson Tomokuni Tsuji,after 60 years of running the company.

The SchoolTube

 Has anyone heard of SchoolTube? If not,well i'm going to make you discover it.

                                     What is SchoolTube,actually?

SchoolTube is a free K-12 video community. The company was founded in 2007 by Carl Arizpe and his son Andrew. It is based in St-Louis,Misouri. Basically,it's the Youtube for schools and education.

                                         The Access At School:

ScoolTube has traction with a broad base of the American learning community. All student-generated content is teacher moderated. As of 2013,there are registered SchoolTubers users in over 50,000 K-12 schools in the United States who are uploading on average 1000 videos a day. Most schools have blocked commercial video platforms from the classroom due to inappropriate content. SchoolTube has been granted this access due to a safe moderation process that ensures all user-generated content is appropriate for the K-12 environment. SchoolTube is endorsed by many of the top national educational associations. Some top endorsers include the American Association of School Librarians and the National Science Teachers Association.

                                           Moderation Process:

SchoolTube's content moderation process is what makes it safe platform for classroom. When a student decides to upload a video,a teacher or administrator from that student's school must approve the video before it be made live on the site. This allows schools to create strong video-sharing communities. Schools also have the option to limit a video viewing to its own school. This moderation process had led students to create higher-quality work.

                                                  

Powepuff Girls Original Title: Woopass Stew!

 Hi everybody! Today I am talking about the original Powerpuff Girls series...

                                                        Whoopass Stew!

During Craig McCraken's first year in character animation program of CarlArt,he created a series of short cartoons based on a character called ''No Neck Joe''. In June 1991,he created a drawing of three girls with large eyes,inspired by the ''waif'' painting of Margaret Keane,on a small sheet of orange construction paper as a birthday card design for his brother. The following year,he included the three girls as the main characters of his short film Woopass Stew! The Whoopass Girls in: A Sticky Situation. He wanted to animate all four Woopass Girls shorts,but only one was produced.

While he was working on 2 Stupid Dogs,the Whoopass Stew short was picked up for a series by Cartoon Network. The name ''Whoopass'' was dropped for inclusion as part of the ''What a cartoon'' animated shorts showcase. McCraken explained that Cartoon Network executives believed no one would make children toys with the word ''ass'' in it. The title was then changed from Whoopass Stew to The Powerpuff Girls and the can of whoopass was renamed to the Chemical X. 

Will Teletoon ever rebrand again?

 Does anyone remember when Teletoon got a rebrand back in 2007? Well,what if it happens again?

I really do want the channel to rebrand again. Why? That is because the 2011 logo is very old now and most people are getting tired of it. And since Teletoon is going to a new era with entertaining series like it used to be back then,it would make sense for a rebrand to happen soon. Imagine the channel with a new logo and possibly use bumpers once again. They're doing bumpers for Télétoon La Nuit in 2020 so chances are it might happen during the daytime as well.

If there is another rebrand,then a new coming up next bumper will replace the current one. It almost happened in 2019 when the channel was about to air the movie DC Super Hero Girls: Hero of the year. Camp Teletoon could be finally back again. The new schedule of tv shows would be different too. And what about a new programming block? Maybe an anime block like YTV did or a pre-school programming block for younger kids. Either way,I do hope we get a new logo soon. And what do y'all think? Please share your opinion.

The predecessor Of Club Penguins: Snow Blasters/Experimental Pinguins

 Does anyone remembers Snow Blasters? No? Let me tell you about this predecessor of Club Penguins..

The first seeds of what would become Club Penguin began as a Flash 4 web-based game called Snow Blasters that developer Lance Priebe has been developing in his spare time in July 2000's. Priebe's attention was brought to penguins after he ''happened to glance at a Far Side cartoon featuring penguins that was sitting on his desk.'' The project was never finished and instead morphed into Experimental Penguins. Experimental Penguins was released through Priebe's company of employment in July 2000's but went offline the following year. It was used as an inspiration for Penguin Chat,a similar game which was released shortly the removal of Experimental Penguins. Then,Penguins Football Chat was released in 2003 and was the second attempt at a penguin-themed MMORPG. It was created on Flash 5 and used the same interface as Experimental Penguins. 

The game contained various minigames such as the premiere title of Rocket Snail games called Ballistic Biscuit,a game that would be placed into Experimental Penguins and eventually be adapted into Club Penguin's Hydro Hopper. Lance Priebe,as well as co-workers Lane Merrifield and Dave Krysto,started to formulate the Club Penguin concept when the trio were unsuccessful in finding ''something that had some social components but was safe and not just marketed as safe'' for their own children. Penguin Chat's third version was released in April 2005 and was used to test the client and servers of Penguin Chat 4,which was later renamed Club Penguin. Users from Penguin Chat was then invited to beta test Club Pinguin.
